Director, Head of Professional Development
Mogolodi Bond is a Director and the Head of Professional Development for Point72 Asset Management. He is responsible for learning and development programs for all of the Firm’s long/short investment professionals. Mr. Bond was previously deputy to Point72’s president, in the role of Firm Engagement Leader, responsible for a variety of Firm-wide and culture initiatives. He was also previously a member of Point72’s Corporate Communications team, responsible for managing the Firm’s brand, digital properties, and various employee engagement initiatives.
Before joining Point72, Mr. Bond was a Managing Director and Head of the U.S. Financial Practice of Burson-Marsteller, a global communications consultancy. Mr. Bond was previously the Director of Communications at Silver Point Capital, a hedge fund focused on credit and special situations investments. Mr. Bond began his career working for the global investment banking group of Credit Suisse First Boston (now Credit Suisse).
Mr. Bond earned his BA in Sociology from Connecticut College. He is a Trustee of Manhattan Country School, a member of the Board of Directors of Harlem School of the Arts, and a member of the Board of Directors of PowerMyLearning.
