Saturday, June 13: Media & Design Year-End Exhibition

Join us on Saturday, June 13 for an exhibition of the many projects our Media & Design students have been working on all year.  The exhibition will be up all day and there will be a reception at 5:30pm.  The reception is free, but please RSVP so we have a headcount.

On the theme, The Art of Resistance, HSA Director of Media & Design AK Lovelace shared, “This year has been challenging for us all. Our students have had to overcome many obstacles in order to rise to the task of the excellence they pursue. Some of these hurdles were foreseen, many were not, but all were met in kind.”  He went onto say, “Sometimes resistance is pushing forward in spite of opposition, other times resistance is simply holding the line. The work before you represents those collected efforts. Everyone hopes for things to be easy but the triumphs earned through struggle and toil are the ones we tend to value and honor the most.”
