HSA has opened our Financial Aid Application for the 2020-2021 school year! This application process allows families to apply for need-based tuition assistance and will close on August 16th, 2020.  

We encourage everyone to apply, however financial aid is limited and cannot be guaranteed.  There is a $35 application fee.

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for the Harlem School of the Arts, for the upcoming 2019-2020 school year. Financial Aid is awarded on a family need basis. The application period for financial aid will commence through August 16, 2020.

It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to submit all of the required documents directly to FACTS management, via the Facts Management on-line portal or by postal mail ONLY. Please note that the Harlem School of the Arts is not responsible for any incomplete applications, uploading documents or missed deadlines. FACTS Management will be following up with deadline reminders via email. If your application is incomplete and all required documents are not submitted by August 15, 2020 at 11:59pm your application cannot be considered for the 2020-2021 school year. No exceptions or extensions will be granted. Applicants will be notified on award status, via FACTS Management by Late – August 2020 through email ONLY. Required Documents

• Copies of your most recent W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
• Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
• Note that HSA is not responsible for any application submission errors or non- submitted documents. Applicants must keep track of their account and assure that all required documents and deadlines are adhered to.
